| netEasy CRM works by placing a server on the internet, we host a server for all our subscription customers. For companies that prefer to host their own servers, this is also possible. |
| How do I Sign up for an on-line Subscription? |
You can sign up here [signup]. During sign up, you establish an account, select the service options you want, and the number of users that you want to enrol. You can pay on-line with credit card or PayPal or we can invoice you on an annual basis. |
| How do I order if I want to operate my own server? |
| Fill in our on-line order form [Online order] and our sale representative will contact you to help you with pricing and procurement of your installation software. |
| Now I have an Account, How do I use it? |
There are different ways that you can access netEasy depending on the way you want to work and your job functions. |
| netEasy PC Program: |
This is your “powerhouse” means to access netEasy. It is a program that you can place on your PC, laptop or even carry on a USB drive. It contains all the back office functions that you need for CRM. It connects to the netEasy server using an internet connection and allows you access all your information real-time. |
| netEasy Web Page: |
You can access basic customer information from any web browser using netEasy web pages. You can search, add and update information using a standard web browser; you do not need the netEasy Program. The netEasy programmers are adding new web pages to complement the netEasy program, however, not all the program features are available as web pages yet. |
| netEasy Web Reports: |
Just like the web pages, all of netEasy’s reports are available on-line using only a web browser. You can report and export report data with no other special software. |
| netEasy Outlook Tools: |
If you are a user of MS Outlook, you likely keep contact information of clients in outlook along with an email history and appointments. When you purchase netEasy’s outlook tools option, you will have to download an install file. When you run the install file, it will add new special netEasy buttons right into outlook. The buttons let you “Promote” outlook information to netEasy CRM server. So you can work “offline” entering and updating information in outlook, and the next time you connect to check your mail, you can promote your outlook information to netEasy, to share with your co-workers. |
